Get started with us by scheduling a Professional Evaluation with a certified, professional trainer with no obligation to sign up! This is a great way for you and your dog(s) to meet a trainer and customize a solution that best meets your needs and gets you to your goals. This is an opportunity for you to discuss behavior issues and personality traits your dog may be exhibiting, and we’ll prescribe what needs to be done to correct or manage your issues. The Professional Evaluation takes about 1 hour and during the session your trainer will ask questions about your situation and allow you to ask your questions as well. We’ll give you feedback as to why your dog is doing what they do and advice on changes to make at home before formal training even starts. You will receive recommendations from your trainer on which of our programs are appropriate for your situation.
In the evaluation, our trainer will collect important information about your dog through visual observation and conversation, evaluating your dog’s personality, body language, natural reactions, energy level, ability to recover, drive, and more. Then our trainer can determine the best training approach and which options will work the best for you and your goals. Next, they will demonstrate how training works, explaining the philosophy behind it. You find out why your dog behaves as they do, and how we will use training to shape them into better companions. By the end of the evaluation and with the info gathered, we provide you with custom chosen training programs.
