Haley Rebennack

Pet Care Attendant

Haley has been an avid animal lover for her entire life! Her work with animals stems from a foundation in horse training and riding instruction which spans over 10 years. Haley’s interest in dog training hit a major peak when she participated in the Indianapolis Animal Care & Services “Freedom for a Day” program, where she worked with dozens of shelter dogs with a range of behavioral problems. In January of 2020, Haley adopted one of the Freedom Day dogs, and within weeks had signed up for classes at Purpose Driven K9! Not long after, she began working for Purpose Driven K9 part-time and has thoroughly enjoyed seeing so many dogs’ lives change through proper training. She has trained her dog Buttercup through the knowledge learned from Purpose Driven K9. Through training she was able to transform a reactive, timid bully mutt to an outstanding advocate and representation of a well-mannered bully breed! Haley believes the best dogs are trained dogs and loves nothing more than being able to go on adventures with her best friend!
